Issue

When a new version of a mod is added to the mod manager it doesn't recognize the older version again.

How to reproduce

  1. have a mod with one version A in the mod manager
  2. add the same mod with version B
  3. Observe the mod version A missing from the "available mods" and if it was installed it becomes unrecognized

Expectation

List both mod versions A and B on the side.
Also untick a version if it gets overwritten by the other! (separate issue)
