Harmonization (following pr1444) between:
- docs/compose/docker-compose.yml
- setup/flavors/stack/docker-compose.yml
- setup/flavors/compose/docker-compose.yml
Also refresh of the mkdir command found in setup/flavors/stack/setup.html
