This is done by setting sieve_vacation_to_header_ignore_envelope to yes
The envelope is rewritten by recipent_canonical_maps to reverse SRS after the plugin checks it
so we need the plugin to ignore it at this point.
This is not perfect...
- dovecot now complains about waitpid/finding a new process
- postfix is still regularly pinging rspamd / his milter and that
generates a few lines worth of logs each time.
With this we avoid running into the limitations of
mail_max_userip_connections (see #894 amd #1364) and the
logfiles as well as ``doveadm who`` give an accurate picture.

- The main workflow file has been optimised and simplified.
- Images are built in parallel when building locally resulting in faster build times.
- The github action workflow is about 50% faster.
- Arm images are built as well. These images are not tested due to restrictions of github actions (no arm runners). The tags of the images have -arm appended to it.
- Arm images can also be built locally.
- Reusable workflow is introduced for building, testing and deploying the images.
This allows the workflow to be reused for other purposes in the future.
- Workflow can be manually triggered. This allows forked Mailu projects to also use the workflow for building images.

In #1320 a full-text-search feature was enabled in Dovecot by default. Since this can have a big impact on performance, I think it's preferable to offer an option to disable the feature if it is not needed. This PR doesn't change the default behavior (FTS on).
